I am passionate about many things and living LIFE with awareness and laughter is a great place to begin. A practitioner with 30 years of experience, I love to inspire people to be self aware, responsible for their thoughts and actions and to recognise and embrace the brilliance in themselves. Meditation is a daily priority. In 2000 I learnt easy, yet extraordinary profound meditation techniques based on praise, gratitude, love and compassion.

My underlying motivation is Peace and I discovered first I had to be friends with myself. In 2014, I participated in the Mastery of the Self, a six month meditation retreat in Spain. It was like full immersion into a warm bath, aahhh - deep rest, defragging of the nervous system, peace, contentment and joy. I have learnt the value of my commitment to be gentle to myself in actions and in thoughts and am therefore in a better place to serve you and Mother Earth. This experience has given me the ability to teach these effortless tools to others.
