Good Morning Exercises are a value added start to the day. We massage and tap the acupuncture points to switch on the internal system.
We gently stretch the body getting it primed for its day ahead. We laugh to boost our endorphins. We leave with a spring in our step.
Wake up the body, drink water, eat breakfast, ready for our day of living.
